1. How to Install
  a. Install MS .Net Framework version 3.5 (available here http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=ab99342f-5d1a-413d-8319-81da479ab0d7)
  b. Extract all files from PICalc.zip to a suitable location.


2. How to Use
  a. Run PICalc.
  b. Select a PI Schematic or POS Structure Blueprint from the dropdown list.
  c. Enter the quantity you wish to make.
  d. Click Calculate.
  e. The main area displays a tree of components and subcomponents that are required. Click on the triangle to expand these items.
  f. The right hand side shows the total materials required.
  g. The box at the bottom shows the total time to make all components.

3. Useful things to Know
  * Each box in the main area of the PICalc window shows the icon, name, quantity and production time of the component.
  * By default PICalc shows processed materials, to show raw materials tick the show raw materials box.
  * To show the price of materials, from EVE-Central, tick the show prices box.
  * Production time is calculated assuming all subcomponents are manufactured in parallel, it is possible to do this on a single planet.
  * Selecting an item in the main area will highlight the relevant materials in the materials list. (Not available in raw materials mode.)
  * The Expand All button will expand all items in the component tree.
  * Click the Save button to export either the components production graph or the materials list to file.
